However unlike other waterfront developers Parkbridge didn't buy them to develop residential condominiums, reduce slips or take away public access. Instead Parkbridge purchased good, well-run businesses with quality customer service and blended these boating businesses with Parkbridge's resources and group talent to enhance customer service and provide a superior, standardized level of service whether boaters are power or sail, big or small.
Rest assured Parkbridge is not removing boat slips. We are reconfiguring our marinas to increase the number of slips available and never turn anyone away. We are committed to retaining waterfront access for boaters. At the same time we're always looking at ways to add value to your boating experience.

Parkbridge boaters already enjoy the privilege of six nights free moorage at other Parkbridge marinas and now there's more good news with the brand new Parkbridge Advantage Program offering discounts, rewards and special offers. Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities is excited to announce the launch of the Parkbridge Advantage Program.
The loyalty program for our 25,000+ active residents in Ontario was officially launched the first week of December 2008 through a mail-out campaign. The Parkbridge Advantage Program will provide our residents, customers and permanent staff with a membership card that offers rewards, discounts and special offers within the Parkbridge family of properties and with third party partners.
Partnerships have been established with several prominent corporations including: The Brick, Telus, Wayfarer's Insurance, and Eservus, an online concierge service providing users with discounts on anything from event tickets, hotels, car rentals, flower deliveries and more.
Each of these partnerships will provide discounts or extra benefits to Parkbridge boaters. We will also be establishing partnerships with companies at a local level. The goal of the Parkbridge Advantage program is to demonstrate to our residents that there are numerous advantages to being part of the Parkbridge community!
